After spending time researching and ignoring the news a large portion of information arose. PDFs and websites from our government and corporations have been collected. More to come in the future. Link
Hacked is a broad stroke. To take it literal here is unnecessary. For this situation take it as a metaphor for an outside influence unbeknownst to us effecting our physical actions by information manipulation. Not always false, untrue or even true. Those are the obvious but it does not tell the whole story.
Ex: We can take two random people and teach them to defuse bombs. One will grow to stop them and one will grow to create them and both had the same training. Having information out of timing is also a manipulation. For law enforcement and the military we mentally screen trainees to prevent the latter.
An everyday citizen is not trained to know where an online/TV/Radio/News Papers' information comes from. We blindly trust those we've never broken bread with. Like poisoning pond water, this bleeds over to our interactions with one another. *If someone in our life has information outside of our own, they share it with us. If we trust them, we 'almost' automatically trust the information. And all the while possibly passing mis- and/or disinformation. Our law and military crowd will understand this. We teach these types of tactics to law enforcement and military. The CIA trains journalist for this. It is to be used in interviews by the media. However, we are back to the example above left wondering which will be the outcome. Unfortunately we simultaneously taught a corporate employee how to undermine, create revenue, and/or direct human behavior. Maybe on purpose or out of conforming to manipulated information this tactic is practiced and/or shared.
While discussing intent we should realize that most of us see 90% of 380 million people most likely doing things from some variation of their concept of what is "good". But again, my version of good may differ from yours.
How we come together is by you not forcing me and me not forcing you. For both of us to go forward we both must keep information in it's place and not create a construct pointing to real world elements and pretending it's real when there is no there, there. To not be deluded is also to not automatically or emotionally disregard information. It keeps us from learning.
These posts, just like other companies/people are not the "be-all" of information. It is a piece. And I hope we all keep information in its proper place not letting it separate our friends and family. A construct should never get in the way of life. Most importantly, the truth does not need a defense. It will do all that on its own. Force life and gain nothing.
