There are foods we should not eat. Mostly the cheap, frozen, processed and fast-food verities. These poisons, even the diet, are destroying us and causing common colds, influenza and pneumonia. That's before the influenza side effects from such pharmaceuticals such as XANAX and other antidepressants. Or the diabetic side effects from aspirins and Ibuprofen.
Sick every season change. Sometimes for a week or more. I stopped drinking sodas, cheap and fast foods. 3 years later, I've never been sick. No mask, no big pharma and no distancing.
