Our Nations are conducting "preparedness exercises". Get in touch with locals of Russia and Ukraine and unite as citizens. Ukraine's internet domain is (.au) and Russia's is (.ru). They are on social media just like everyone else. However, Elon Musk controls what goes in and comes out of that region now. And he is a partner of NASA. They have government-tax-payers-money contracts.
